Processing
Orders are processed the following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders are processed and shipped from Miami, Florida. Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone. If you do not respond within 24 hours we will consider your order canceled.
Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours after your order has been processed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping rates are determined by weight and destination at point of purchase.
Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Tracking Numbers
Standard delivery orders in the U.S. will be shipped via FedEx; international orders will also be shipped via FedEx. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number once the item has been processed and shipped. We will contact you with this information; there is no need to reconfirm this by contacting us.
For all orders, you can log on to FedEx.com to track your package.
Returns
Merchandise that is in saleable, unworn condition with all original packaging and tags attached may be exchanged or return when accompanied by a return confirmation number. Customer must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item(s) to receive a return confirmation number and will have 14 days to ensure the package is returned and received by us. After 14 days, all sales are final. No price adjustments. All sales are final on discounted items.
Receiving a confirmation number:
To receive a return confirmation number (“RC#”), visit our Contact page and fill out the form. Provide your name, order number, item(s) you wish to return and reason for the return.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Items should be sent within 2 days of receiving your RC# or your RC# will be invalid. JEEUH LLC. will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery (tracking number). Upon our inspection of the merchandise, a refund will then be issued to the same credit card account with which the original purchase was made. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customer at their own cost. We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.
If you return item(s) without a return confirmation number, we will not refund you and you are responsible for the return shipping from JEEUH LLC back to you. We have the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. We are now accepting exchanges and returns on international orders.
